Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant – Female Adult with Cerebral Palsy
Pay Rate: $16.32/hour

Suamico, WI (in-home care)
We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, patient, and compassionate caregiver (non-smoker) to provide in-home support for a 28-year-old woman with cerebral palsy. She is wheelchair-bound and non-verbal, and is described as easy to care for.
This role involves assisting with daily care needs, including tube feeding, diaper changes, personal hygiene, and repositioning, while ensuring comfort, dignity, and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform safe transfers between bed and wheelchair using a Hoyer lift
Provide personal care, including feeding, hygiene, and toileting
Maintain comfort and follow a consistent care routine
Deliver attentive, respectful, and compassionate support
Schedule:
Peak Season (June–August):
Shifts may range from as early as 2:30 AM to as late as 10:00 PM (no overnight shifts)
Outside Peak Season:
As-needed support for evenings and weekends, typically starting after 6:00 AM
Hours are variable and not guaranteed, with increased availability during summer months
Once trust is established, there may be opportunities to assist with outings and transportation.
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, gentle, and attentive
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Able to work flexibly based on the family’s needs
Experienced with or willing to learn use of a Hoyer lift
