Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Transportation Support Provider to assist a client with scheduled appointments during the week. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who is looking for part-time, supplemental hours.
Location:
- Pickup: Family home in La Crosse, WI
- Destination: Appointment in La Crosse, WI
Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Time: 11:00 AM- 12:00 PM
- Total Hours Per Week: 1 hour 20 minutes per week
Compensation:
- $18.60 per hour plus Mileage Reimbursement
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from appointments
- Pick up client from home and transport to Well Built Humans (313 4th St., La Crosse, WI)
- Ensure timely arrival for scheduled appointments
- Provide appropriate support during transportation as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Comfortable working independently
