We're currently looking for a Personal Care Provider to support one amazing young boy in or around the Menasha, WI area. This is a chance to build a real connection, make a lasting impact, and be part of a team that truly values the work you do.

Hours/Desired Schedule:
· 10.5 hours a week
· One Weekday afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
· Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
· Sundays: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Location:
• In the member’s home- Menasha, WI
Pay: $15.71/Hr.
Tasks:
· Provide direct, one-on-one care and support to a highly curious and energetic child
· Maintain clear, consistent boundaries while fostering a safe and positive environment
· Stay actively engaged — this role requires constant interaction and creativity, as the child does not self-entertain
· Respond with patience and structure to boundary-testing behaviors, using positive reinforcement and reliable routines
· Support the child’s development through play, movement, and meaningful connection
· Engage in low-pressure, age-appropriate activities (e.g., games, walks, creative hobbies) to promote connection and comfort
· Prepare meals/snacks and ensure the child’s basic needs are met
Kiddos Likes:
· Going to the pool/Splash Pad
· Riding his bike
· Playing Cards
· Being outdoors
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with youth who benefit from behavioral support, structure, and consistent guidance in emotionally responsive environments
· Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and communication skills
· Experience with animals as the family home does have pets
Requirements:
• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
